Application for Full Registration (TC2)

Who should use this application form?

Use this form to apply for Full registration and if you have:

•  Provisional (PROV) registration and you have completed the requirements to gain full registration; or
•  Subject to Confirmation (STC) and you have completed the requirements to gain full registration

You must hold a current practising certificate to be eligible to apply for Full registration. The TC2 application form allows a change of category to be considered only. It does not affect the expiry date of your 3 year practising certificate.

If your current practising certificate is due to expire in 2 months or less, you will also need to submit a completed TC1 application form.

The application processing fee is $81.77 including GST of 15%.

If paying by credit card we will deduct the fee applicable at the time of receipt.
