If you want to complain about more than one registered teacher, please complete one complaint form for each registered teacher about whom you wish to complain. Copies of this form and any documents you supply to the NZ Teachers Council will be provided to the teacher you are complaining about.
You should make your complaint to the principal or Board of Trustees of the teacher's school before contacting the Council. The Council can only consider your complaint if the Board was unable to deal with the complaint satisfactorily.
